There was some misunderstanding with our reservation. This most probably due to the need of change the name of the persons who stayed at the hotel.  But all in all, everything was ok. Thank you!

Dear Marian,   I promised you to give you some feedback after Wire 2024 and apologize for late reply.   Our team was so far happy with the B&B Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof but for next Wire, they prefer the Ibis Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof as in 2022 and whenever possible before. It seems to be more convenient, very quiet, rooms going to inside park - but still centrally located for taking public transport & restaurants/meetings in the evening.   I repeat my sincere thanks to you and your team so that everything went well for our stay 2024.   I appreciated the very nice contact we had together, even in case of ‘emergency’ on Friday early afternoon when Brazilian guest decided to stay one night longer without asking …    Very kind regards and all the very best for you and your company.

1. Mary Marinoff as our reservation agent is helpful and find us a solution to find good choices of hotels and help us to manage payments which must comply our internal process of payments. She is a recommended reservation agent. 2. About the hotel, we are happy about the distance between the hotel to the fairgrounds. Eventhough we are located in hall 11, which are almost 3 Km away from Movenpick, it is convinient since its closeness to main access and supporting facilities (restaurant in the malls, etc). There is only an experience that my room can't be use for clothes ironing. 5 minutes ironing, it is blacked out (electricity cut off). Maybe it must be improved for the next time we visit (hopefully in year 2024).

Unfortunatelly and certainly because of the high occupancy, the hotel could not find our pre-paid reservation and required a direct payment from the guest. Ms Marinoff was very diligent to solve the problem. She quickly clarified the misunderstanding with the hotel and the money was immediately refunded. Sie hat sich, trotz mehrfacher Änderungen, Verzögerungen u.ä. sehr umsichtig um unsere Belange  gekümmert. Ich war in jeder Hinsicht mit ihrem Service zufrieden. Das Hotel, welches wir im November bezogen hatten, war sehr gut. Die Aussicht war super, es war sauber und sehr üppig geschnitten und ausgestattet. Die beiden Gäste waren mit dem Frühstück und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Lediglich die Entfernung zum Veranstaltungsort, hat doch mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen als erwartet. Hotel is really good with good locations and best cleanliness. Staff was quite cooperative and price is quite economical. Full value to the money. I will surely stay in this Hotel and recommend to others. But the only problem with Roombites that your company is not flexible about booking changes even with some charges. we had to let go the tariff of two days as we checked out early due to change in program. You need to be flexible to ensure that your customer should come again to you for Hotel booking and other travel requirements.

Dear Mary, Appia La Fayette Hotel provided us a convenient abode during the Paris during the Air Show.  The staff was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming - a perfect combination to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds and cleverly decorated to reflect the fact that we were situated in the vicinity of 2 main railway stations Paris Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. The environment around the 2 railway stations leaves room for improvement but all over the world railway stations attract similar surroundings. The breakfast was sumptuous to say the least – a bit expensive though. Front desk staff very helpful. I will certainly book this hotel next time I’m going to Berlin.
